Most pieces are made to order and typically take between 4 to 10 working days to be delivered, depending on the complexity of the piece. If the selected jewellery is already made and ready to ship, it will be delivered within 1 to 2 days.

1 - Production (1-4 Days): After we received your order, we shift into design and production mode. Each bouquet is handmade by us which is why In the busy season, the processing time typically takes 1-2 days longer. Although we aim to complete and ship your bouquets as soon as possible.
2 - Shipping : With production complete, your product is packaged securely and shipped.

- International orders - Depending on the destination shipping can take 7 - 10 working days due to the customs clearance process.

Return Information
Our return policy allows for a 14-day period for returns or exchanges on most items; however, please note that food items such as chocolate bouquets are not eligible for returns due to hygiene reasons.
